Hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend!

With the year slowly wrapping up, I wanted to spread a little holiday cheer by teaming up again with X-Marx for what promises to be our most decadent dinner of the year!

This will be a tribute dinner to the great Montreal restaurant Au Pied de Cochon! If you don’t know it, this is one of Canada’s and certainly Montreal’s most gluttonous and best restaurants. Irreverent Chef Martin Picard is famous for his Foie Gras laden, belly-bursting menu.

We kind of figured what better way to celebrate the holidays than with an all out dinner featuring 6+ courses specially prepared by X-Marx and paired with wines poured by yours truly!

Perman Wine and X-Marx team up to bring you a gluttonous tribute dinner to Montreal’s famed Au Pied de Cochon!

When: Sunday, December 12th

Where: We are taking over an existing restaurant space in the West Loop, located at 954 W. Fulton, Chicago IL

Seatings every half hour between 7 PM and 10 PM, X-Marx will contact you after you make the reservation to book a time slot.

Cost: $135 per person, excluding gratuity, including tax.

For over two years, I have teamed up with X-Marx, Chicago’s best no-rules, alternative dining group to bring you the most creative & delicious wine dinners in town!

We have been inspired in recent times by the great Montreal restaurant Au Pied de Cochon and thought what better time of year to do a gluttonous tribute dinner then on a Sunday in December!

We are taking over an existing restaurant space on Fulton Market to bring you this event.
X-Marx will prepare an exciting six+ course menu, and I will pair wines with five of those courses. As Au Pied de Cochon is rooted in classic French cooking, I thought what better chance do I have to show off with all French wine pairings! Those who know me understand that I don’t mess around – and this will be over the top fun!

As with every previous dinner I have done with X-Marx, this will sell out – so please reserve your spot today!
