Private & Corporate Tastings

We are always happy to host private tasting events at Perman Wine Selections or off-site at a location of your choosing. Our in-store tasting room can accommodate up to 12 people for seated tastings. Events for more than 12 people will need to be hosted off-site.

Private Tasting Information

In-store events at Perman Wine Sections are seated tastings for up to 12 people with 4-5 flights of wines (2 wines per flight). The tastings are led by wine professionals at Perman Wine Selections and last for 2 hours (additional time is billed at $200 per hour). We have a list of popular themes and topics for our tastings available for you to choose from (prices are all inclusive), or we can work with you to customize a theme for your event. Tastings to be held anytime after 7 pm Monday through Saturday, no Sunday tastings available. We require a non-refundable $500 deposit upon confirmation of your event in order to secure the space and staff for the tasting.

Events held off-site are $375/hour (minimum 2 hours), plus the cost of wine. We will coordinate the arrival of wines and staff to the event location. We require a non-refundable deposit of $375 for all confirmed off-site events.


We provide all stemware for in-store events, as well as detailed tasting sheets with information about the wines selected for the event. We also provide tasting sheets for all off-site events, however we are not able to provide wine glasses for events held outside of the store.

Outside Food & Beverages

We do not provide any food for private events, however you are welcome to have food delivered for in-store events; we typically suggest Pastoral as a hassle-free and wine-friendly option. We have a refrigerator on site but no means of heating food or keeping food hot, so we suggest cold items only. We can provide plates, silverware and napkins upon request. The consumption of outside alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the store at any time. We will provide water for all guests attending tasting events in the store.

In-Store Pickup

To pick up your order, visit us at our Near North location. Due to our limited storage space, orders can only be held in the store for up to 30 days after purchase. If items are not picked up after 30 days, a $10 monthly item storage fee will be charged. Any orders of 2 cases or more will be charged per case.
